Order cancellations are accepted for 4 hours after purchase BEFORE it goes into production. As our products are made to customers’ orders or personalized for each customer, CANCELLATION is NOT accepted once the order goes into production.

Each item is made to order, therefore we cannot accept returns and exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
